Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa

Hotel Information: The Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa showcases architecture, art, and décor that is representative of and inspired by Gila River Indian culture. Located 11.5 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, the resort is set within the Gila River Indian Community. As the name suggests, more than 1,500 wild horses roam the surrounding lands and frequently visit the corrals.

Amenity highlights: Amenities at the Sheraton include two 18-hole golf courses managed and maintained by Troon Golf, the Koli equestrian center (surcharges), four outdoor pools, a 111-foot waterslide, and four restaurants. Also on site, Aji Spa is notable for Native American influenced treatments (surcharges).

Boats shuttle guests to sites on property and to nearby attractions, including a casino. A seasonal kids’ club (surcharges) occupies ages 4–12.

Insider tip: Complimentary walking tours led by the Cultural Concierge highlight the cultural artwork and architectural significance of the resort. One mile away, the Huhugam Heritage Center is a museum where guests can view Native American archaeological collections and art exhibits, and take classes.

Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa guestrooms have patios or balconies with mountain, desert, river or golf course views. Decor is culturally themed and reflects the traditions of the Pima and Maricopa peoples.

All guestrooms include the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed. The Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed features a custom-designed, extra-thick, plush-top mattress dressed with three sheets, fleece blankets, plump duvet in rich colors, and five goose down/feather pillows.

Marble baths have lighted makeup/shaving mirror, separate tubs and stall showers, and bathrobes. Other amenities include stocked minibars, multi-line phones with voice mail, and high-speed Internet access (surcharge).

All rooms are nonsmoking, although smoking is permitted on individual patios or balconies.
